- P.A. system with microphone and line level inputs
- lighting sufficient to read sheet music
- 5 microphones
- seating for audience (if possible)
- 2 music stands (if available)
- Piano (acoustic or digital)
- 2 Fender Twin (or similar) guitar amplifiers
- 2 Roland Jazz Chorus (or similar) guitar amplifiers

In addition, we need vegan (strict vegetarian – no meat, eggs, or dairy product) meals.
